Approved organizations receive a dated directory listing and embeddable verification seal linked to the live record. Listings expire and must be renewed so consumers can see whether the review is current.
Prepare before applying
Have your entity record, federal CROA disclosure, service agreement and cancellation form, and every applicable state registration, license, surety bond, contract or disclosure approval, exemption record, and counsel memorandum ready. The form accepts multiple files for each requirement.
