Credit Repair Choices provides educational content, reader questions and answers, calculators, private plan storage, and a reviewed provider directory. This policy explains the information the site handles.
Information you provide
If you create an account, we store your username, email address, and any debt-plan fields you choose to save. Reader questions may include the question, contact details, state, contact consent, and whether the reader requested information about verified help. Contact details remain private and are not copied into a public answer. Do not enter account numbers, Social Security numbers, credit bureau passwords, banking credentials, birth dates, or complete addresses. Provider applicants may submit business contact information and supporting compliance documents for administrator review.
Analytics and advertising measurement
When enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may receive device, browser, page-view, referral, and interaction information. These services use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not send the balances entered into calculators or the text of private reader questions to these services.
Security and spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed to distinguish people from automated abuse. Account passwords are stored using the site platform’s one-way password hashing.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and saved plans, research reader questions, contact readers who requested a response or verified-help information, review provider applications, improve content and tools, prevent abuse, and understand site performance. We do not sell private debt-plan entries or private reader questions.
Your choices
You may delete a saved debt plan from your account. To request account deletion, correction, or a copy or deletion of information associated with your account or question, use the contact information published on this site.
Important limits
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting sensitive identifiers or complete account credentials through this site.
